Product Grading:
Each item is individually graded based on its condition, ranging from A to E. The grading system helps you understand the condition of the product you can expect to receive:
Grade A:
As New – These products may have damaged or missing packaging and might be assembled. They are in excellent condition.
Grade B:
Excellent Condition – Products may have light cosmetic damage but are still in perfect working order.
Grade C:
Minor Use – These items may include ex-display units, carrier-damaged goods, or refurbished products. They have had some prior use but are still in great working condition.
Grade D:
Medium Use – Items in this grade may have worn parts or medium cosmetic damage, however, they do remain fully functional.
Grade E:
Heavy Use – The condition of these items reflects their extensive use, but they are still perfectly usable and all still covered by our 6-month warranty.

Factory Refurbished Stock FAQs:
Where does the refurbished stock come from?
Our Factory Refurbished stock primarily consists of customer returns, carrier-damaged goods, and items in need of repair. We ensure that any necessary repairs are carried out before offering them for resale. In some cases, discontinued product lines are occasionally sold through the Factory Refurbished programme.
What happens to the tools and equipment before resale?
All items go through an assessment process to determine their grade. If necessary, they undergo repairs and appraisal in our Workshop. Depending on the grade, the items may show signs of wear and damage, but they are always fully functional. If the original packaging is available and in good condition, we reuse it. Otherwise, the goods are securely packed for transportation.
Are refurbished items covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Factory Refurbished items are covered by a 6-month parts and labour return-to-base promise. In some cases, we may provide spare parts for customers to perform their own repairs instead.

Are images available of the Refurbished Stock?
Due to the often quick turn around of refurbished stock, we are unable to provide photography of individual items. Please note that the images displayed represent new stock and are not intended to reflect the current condition of our refurbished items.
Can I reserve stock?
No, unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
